Plan for the morning

It's 6.13am and I'm still not asleep.

For Breakfast at 8, I plan to have egg & toast

Ingredients
an egg
2 slice of toasted bread
a packet chilli sauce
lipton tea with a tsp sugar

I need energy for my brains today. Homework day. Sucks :X

Exercise at 9 am 

5 mins stretching
20 mins cardio
20 mins pilates
5 mins stretching

I can't sleep. Gah Bwah Muah HAHAHAHAH. :(
Well, actually I'm skyping. At 2am, I play Diablo II to past time. & now it's only fucking 2.55am ?
LOL. So I'm blogging and tweeting and tumblring and skyping and diabloing . So bored. the end............ zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

Plan of the week ( so far )

Time now : 3.38 pm ( SG )

23 June
5pm : I will be going for a walk or a jog. Maybe an hour or two or three .
9pm : Do Homework
Oh yes, I have to tell you something. You know the 21 days fast ? I told people I'm starting it yesterday o twitter? I failed. I just ate a toast. I'm starting on a fast with someone tonight at 10pm. Perhaps I can continue to a 21 days fast if I can make it.

I'm going jogging / a long walk in the morning tomorrow. Oh. && I'm going to the gym with my partner who also wants to be thin on tuesday yay. As for the other day, Homework , jog, walk. My life is really very boring. You can't last a day in it. Hehe. Will update things soon !

Tips on losing weight ?

5lb in less than 2 week ? Not too bad right..
I'm going to tell you how I manage to lose this 5lbs. Oh yeah.



1. Have a journal/diary
Have a little notebook ( it's really handy. You can have it with you wherever you go ). Make it your food & exercise journal/diary where you take note of what you eat , what time you have it, your feelings before you consume that food, & the amount of calories in that specific food. Also, take note of what you do during your workout(all the exercises. crunches, situps, squats..etc) You can take note of the amount of calories in a food & the calories burned in exercises through an app called MyFitnessPal. Cool huh. MyFitnessPal can be used through web too !
It's really good to have a journal/diary with you. With a journal, you can take note of your exercises, foods that you'd consumed .
TIPS : It's best if you plan out your meals and workout at the start of the day & follow it closely.



2. Eat Clean
You may be like.. " Duh, off course I know this ! ". But seriously, it's better said than done. Your friends may ask you out to eat at Mcdonalds and you'll be like.. Oh, it's okay, I can order a plate of Mcdonald's salad because you want to eat clean. *Buzzer sound* . MCDONALD'S SALAD IS NOT HEALTHY ! Did you know that Mcdonald's caesar salad actually consists of more calories than that of a burger ? It contains 425 calories and 21.4g of fat, compared with the 253 calories and 7.7g of fat in the standard burger !
Eating clean basically means eat healthy. More veggies, more fruits, less FATS !
10 ways to eat clean includes cutting down on alcohol, sugar(Try using cinnamon instead of sugar), salt, saturated fats, refined grains, processed foods & have more water, fruits and veggies, green tea and whole grains.



3. Exercise 
 It's best to exercise while you're eating clean . You can lose more weights by that. Oh yeah.
Anyways..
Here are some tips on how to have fun while exercising instead of complaining and whining :
- Blast one of your favorite artist/band album. Don't stop exercising once it's over. The best album are ones that last for about 30-45minutes. Make sure you don't blast soft music. Instead of exercising, you'll be dozing off instead ! OK, that's not funny.
- Don't do the same exercise for 2 long minutes. Cut them up and insert other exercises.
For example : 30 jumping jack, 30 s plank, 20 pushup , 20 mountain climbers, 30 jumping jack, 30 s plank, 20 pushup , 20 mountain climbers and so on.
- Do your exercises with a friend. Look at how funny they look when they carry those heavy weights. Look at their epic faces. haha. No. Actually, when you exercise with a friend, you will feel more motivated to do more exercise and you won't realize that you've actually exercised for 30 mins !

By exercising, you will be able to release stress, boost happy chemicals, improve self confidence, sharpen memory, help control addiction and so many more . There's so many benefits of exercising. Get your ass off and do a workout. All it takes is just 5 minutes. The longer it is, the more calories you will burn. Your choice.



4. Sleep is important
" Sleep is for the weak " . Everyone is weak. You get energy from food and sleep. If you get more sleep, you'll get more energy. You don't have to get more from food since you've already had so much from your sleep. See the link? More sleep, less eat , still more energy. Sleeping improves memory, lower stress levels and steer clear of depression. Also, you can actually lose weight if you get more sleep. Research have shown that those that sleep lesser , feel more hungrier faster.



Start of the journey.


Damn.. this thinspos. I really hope to be one of them one day. To fit into beautiful sets of clothes. I can't even fit beautifully in any of my clothes thats because I've gained a few weights. No. No. I'm wrong. Not a few but many extra weights ! I can see disgusting fats clinging onto my body. Eww. Yes, eww. Anyway, my dream is to be skinny. oops. wrong. My dream is to be the skinniest among all the girls in town. I create this blog so that I can rant and such and to share with you guys on this tough journey I'm on. First thing first, my Current Weight is 127lb and my Height is 5'2 and I aim to be 100lb by the end of the year. Sounds hard huh. But I will definitely make it. All you have to do is just watch me.
Throughout this journey, I'm cutting down on my food intake. Instead of having 2,000 calories ( That's the normal food intake for people ) , I will be having less than 500. If I have more than that, I will exercise it off. I calculate my calories through an app called MyFitnessPal. It's a really good app that track down your exercises as well ! Cool. Secondly, I will be going onto a diet. Nahh, maybe not a diet but I will be going on to a water fast. I won't have anything except water/ any sorts of liquid. juice, energy drink, coffee, tea etc. I'm having my 50 hour water fast right now. 1/50 down. Thirdly, I have an exercise partner so exercise doesn't sounds like a burden when I have a friend to accompany me burn off those fats . those disgusting fats. Yeah yeah. Finally, I will look at thinspos everytime I feel like eating. It does help. I also plan to take laxatives , chew gums  and also do pilates . Perhaps / Maybe I will try it out. Anyway, bare in mind. I'm not Pro Ana or Wannarexics or anything, I just crave to be skinny. That's it.
